We deliver an independent business valuation report for the sale, acquisition or meger.
Our preferred method is Discounted Cash Flow, which gives the value of the company through the sum of present value of future cash flows.
In the same time, in the valuation report, we include the multiples method, determining the company valuation using the most relevant multiple for its industry.
From case to case we consider other valuation methods ( such as net asset value), but always we present arguments why one method is preferred over another for each individual company.
